YÖGES yani Yükseköğretime Geçiş Sistemi diye yeni bir sınav sistemi çıkacakmış arkadaşlar ÖSS'nin yerine. İleriki yıllarda uygulama geçilecekmiş, eskiden bir tane sınav vardı, şimdi YÖGES ile dört tane sınav olacak özetle. Üniversiteye girmek dersaneler, dergiler, kitaplar derken onca para okul dersleri... Artık Kavak Yelleri'ni de izleyemeyiz :) İşte Yükseköğretime Geçiş Sistemi haberi;

YÖK’e yeni başkan atanmasıyla birlikte, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı üniversiteye giriş sınavını değiştirmek için harekete geçti. Liselerde olgunluk sınavları yapılacak

Ortaöğretime geçişte uygulanan sınav sistemini değiştiren Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı (MEB), YÖK Başkanı’nın değişmesiyle birlikte üniversiteye giriş sistemini değiştirmek için de harekete geçti. Yükseköğretime Geçiş Sistemi (YÖGES) adı verilen yeni uygulamaya göre, üniversiteye girişte artık öğrenciler bir değil, dört sınav uygulanacak. Öğrenciler, 10, 11 ve 12’nci sınıfın sonunda, “Olgunlaşma Sınavı”na girecek. 9’uncu sınıfta ise ortak dersler alındığı için herhangi bir sınava girilmeyecek. Üç yılın sonunda da ÖSS’ye benzeyen genel bir sınavın yapılması gündemde. Yeni sistem 2009 yılında uygulanacak. YÖK’ün yapacağı katsayı değişikliğiyle de yeni sınav sisteminde meslek lisesi öğrencilerinin önü açılmış olacak.

Veli ve öğrencilerin neredeyse kabusu olan ÖSS’de, YÖK ve MEB işbirliği ile yeni bir düzenlemeye gidiliyor. Yusuf Ziya Özcan’ın YÖK Başkanlığı’na atanmasının ardından YÖK ile yakınlaşan bakanlık, üniversiteye giriş sistemini değiştirmek için harekete geçti. Bu konuda önümüzdeki günlerde daha somut çalışma yapılması beklenirken, Talim Terbiye Kurulu tarafından bir taslak plan hazırlandı. Milli Eğitim Bakanı Hüseyin Çelik’e sunulan taslak için ÖSYM’nin de görüşü alındı.

Sınav sisteminde yapılması öngörülen değişiklikler şöyle:

* 10, 11 ve 12’nci sınıfların sonunda, öğrencilerin yıl boyunca gördüğü beden, müzik, resim dersleri dışındaki tüm dersleri kapsayan bir sınav yapılacak. Sınavda öğrencilere, alanlarındaki ders ağırlıklarına göre sorular yöneltilecek. Meslek lisesi öğrencileri ise kendi alanlarında aldıkları derslerin ağırlıklarına göre soru ile karşılaşacak.

* Yeni sistemle, tartışmalı katsayı problemi de çözülecek. 2008 yılı içinde katsayı sisteminin kaldırmasıyla, meslek lisesi öğrencileri de üniversitelerin 4 yıllık bölümlerini tercih edebilecek.

* Sınav soruları, MEB ve ÖSYM tarafından ortak olarak hazırlanacak. Olgunlaşma sınavlarından alınan puanların ortalamaları, ÖSS puanına eklenecek. Puan yüzdeleri, ÖSYM ve YÖK ile yapılacak toplantının ardından netleşecek.

* Üniversiteye girişte ilk aşamada yıl sonu sınavları yüzde 25, ÖSS ise yüzde 75 oranında etkili olacak. Yıl sonu sınavlarının etki oranı zamanla artacak.

* Yıl sonlarında yapılacak olgunlaşma sınavı, iki güne yayılacak. Soru sayıları, haftalık ders saatinin 6 ile çarpılmasıyla belirlenecek. Haftada 6 saat Türkçe dersi veriliyorsa, sınavda 36 Türkçe sorusu olacak.

* Meslek lisesi öğrencileri, temel alan derslerini genel lise öğrencileri kadar yoğun almadığı için, bu alanlarda 30-40 arasında daha az soru ile karşılaşacak. Bu öğrenciler, kendi okudukları alanla ilgili olarak fazladan 30-40 soru çözecek. Örneğin, iletişim bölümünde okuyan bir öğrenci, kendi alanında, imam hatip lisesi öğrencisi de yine kendi alanında soru çözecek.

Bakan Çelik sınav azalacak demişti

Milli Eğitim Bakanı Hüseyin Çelik, daha önce yaptığı açıklamada, ÖSS’nin kaldırılması ve her yıl Seviye Belirleme Sınavı (SBS) yapılarak yüksek öğrenime öğrenci alınması konusunda, “Eğer ÖSS sistemini ilköğretimde uyguladığımız SBS’ye benzetirsek, ki hükümetimizin programında bunun böyle olacağı ifade edilmektedir. O zaman ‘hayat eşittir 180 dakika’ olmayacak. YÖK ile oturup bunları daha ayrıntılı konuşacağız” demişti.
